RADFORD HOSPITAL'S `CUT THE FAT' RECIPES DEADLINE EXTENDED

The "Cut the Fat" recipe contest deadline has been extended to Aug. 30. Entrants may submit up to three recipes with fat content of 30 percent or less. Instructions should include time and temperature, amount of ingredients and number of servings. The contest is sponsored by the Radford Community Hospital cardiac rehabilitation program. Prizes are given.

Mail entries to Dawn Terpenny, Route 2, Box 320, Radford 24141. Judging will be based on taste, appearance, ease of preparation and fat content. Call 639-0498.
