FREE CONCERT PLANNED IN RADFORD

The Radford Parks and Recreation Department will sponsor a free concert Aug. 17 at 7 p.m. at the gazebo in Bisset Park. "Oklahoma!" cast members will provide a preview of the New River Valley Summer Musical Enterprise production.
