OBIT-DUNHAM, JAMES A.

DUNHAM, James A., 66, of Roanoke, died Thursday, August 5, 1993. He was a member and former elder in Colonial Presbyterian Church and was retired from Appalachian Power Company. Mr. Dunham was a graduate of V.P.I. and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was the son of the late Alvah and Edna Mathias Dunham. Surviving is his wife, Lois Cromer Dunham; children, Stephen A. Dunham and wife, Wendy M., Fairfax; Debbie D. Brookshier and husband, Randy, Salem; grandsons, Andrew and Benjamin Dunham, Zachary and Jacob Brookshier. Services will be at Colonial Presbyterian Church, 11 a.m. Saturday. Dr. Mike Nevling and the Rev. H. Fleet Powell will officiate. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Oakey's South Chapel from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. It is suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Colonial Presbyterian Church.
