SWAT MEMBERS QUALIFY FOR MEET

The Southwest Aquatic Team qualified a team-record 21 swimmers for the YMCA Long Course National Championships, held Aug. 3-6 in Nashville.

Swimmers qualify through sanctioned meets during the year. They can qualify in up to four different events.

Last year, the team had 18 swimmers reach the national meet and finished 17th, the best showing of any team in the state.
