SETTLES, Billy M., 64, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, August 5, 1993. He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Settles; mother, Ruby H. Settles; daughter, Billie Jane; two sisters, Elsie Mitchell and Evelyn Overstreet; best friend, Ralph Reed. Graveside services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are being handled by Lotz Funeral Home, Roanoke.
