PUCKETT BIRTH
God has blessed us with Amanda Paige Puckett who was born at Community
Hospital on July 14, 1993, at 12:45 p.m. She weighed 7 lbs. 4 1/4 oz. and was
19 3/4 inches long. Her parents are Douglas and Tammy Puckett. The proud
grandparents are John and Lucy Gillaspie and Glenn and Annie Puckett. Special
thanks to my husband Doug, Dr. Farber, and the attending nurse Vickie Busic,
and the staff of OB/GYN Associates.
