NO TIME TO BE SLEUTHING

THE SUGGESTION that at-risk drivers' license plates be labeled to so identify them is not a good one. The reason is that there is enough distraction for a driver now that he hasn't time to be looking at other motorist license plates for violators.

The best way to prevent this tragedy is to take their cars, period.
