OBIT GIBSON, HANDY ELVIN
GIBSON, Handy Elvin, 70, of Roanoke, died Monday, August 9, 1993. He is
survived by four sisters, Dera Bond, Laura Perdue, Mary Hayes, all of
Danville, and Dora Abdulkadir, Florida; four brothers, Hardney Gibson and
Joseph Gibson, both of Roanoke, Clay Gibson, Fairfax, Vern Gibson, Florida.
Graveside services will be held in Franklin Memorial Park at 11 a.m. Thursday.
The Rev. Arthur E. Grant will officiate. The family will receive friends from
7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Oakey's Roanoke.
