Escorted by her father, the bride wore a gown of white silk trimmed with alencon lace embroidered with sequins and pearls. She carried a cascade of bridal white roses, lilies and lily of the valley.
Lisa Harvel of Matthews, North Carolina, and Laura Krzeski of Newport News served as their sister's honor attendants. Bridesmaids were Lauren Ingham, Laura Moelchert, sister of the groom, Denise Pfitzinger, all of Richmond, Kim McCraw of Atlanta, Stacy Soloway of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, and Catherine Vest of Bedford. Nieces of the bride, Danielle Harvel and Ashley Krzeski, were flower girls.
The best man was Mr. Louis William Moelchert, Jr., father of the groom. Todd Ashworth, Rafael Astruc, Jay Coulter III, Gregory Parsons, David Schaar, all of Richmond, Calvin Harvel of Matthews, North Carolina, and Charles Krzeski of Newport News, brothers-in-law of the bride, served as groomsmen.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mays Davidson, Jr., of Bedford. She is the granddaughter of Mr. Allen W. Roberts and the late Mrs. Roberts, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Mays Davidson, all of Bedford. A graduate of Westhampton College of the University of Richmond, she is employed by James River Associates in Richmond.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis William Moelchert, Jr., of Richmond. He is a graduate of the E. Claiborne Robins School of Business of the University of Richmond and is associated with the Jefferson Capital Group, Ltd. in Richmond.
Following a wedding trip to Bermuda, the couple will make their home in Richmond.
