WIDENER-IRVIN

Kelly Michelle Irvin and Steve Ahmet Widener were united in marriage onAugust 14, 1993 in Thyatira Presbyterian Church. Dr. Stephen A. Moss was theofficiating clergyman. The reception was held in the church fellowship hall.

Ami Renna of Hollywood, Calif., friend of the bride, was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Cathy Irvin ofVirginia Beach, Va., sister-in-law of the bride; and Donna Widener of Charlotte, N.C., sister of the groom. The flowergirl was Heather Smith, cousin of the bride. Dylan Hendrix of Roanoke, Va., friend of the groom, was the best man. The ushers were Todd Bare, friend of the groom; and Kevin Irvin, brother of the bride. The ringbearer was Justin Miller. The candlelighter was Jeff Holshouser, and Tera Bare was the guestbook attendant. Mike and Myra James were the soloist, and Johnsie Taylor was the organist. Thewedding was directed by Carolyn Wilson. Servers at the reception were Rhonda Isom, Jeanie Jacobs, and Chris Swanson.

Kelly is the daughter of Anthony L. and Kitty G. Harris of Salisbury, N.C., and the late Cecil L. Irvin. A graduate of South Rowan High School in China Grove, N.C., she attended CPCC of Charlotte, N.C. and is employed by NationsBank in Charlotte.

Steve is the son of Yasar Widener and Johnny Widener, both of Roanoke. Agraduate of Patrick Henry High School and HBI of Coeburn, Va., he is employed by Interstate Electric Co. in Charlotte.

Following a wedding trip to Florida, the newlyweds will reside in Charlotte, N.C.
