OBIT WINGO, MAMIE L.

WINGO, Mamie L., 69, of Roanoke City Nursing Home, died Friday, August 13, 1993. She was the widow of James T. Wingo and retired from Leggetts. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Terry L. and Carolyn S. Wingo; grandson, Derek A. Wingo, all of Roanoke. A graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Monday in Sherwood Memorial Park by the Rev. Timothy L. Woodson Sr. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Oakey's North Chapel.
