Survivors include her husband William (Bill) Smith; Michelle Davis, Terry Davis, Latisha Smith, all of Roanoke; two brothers and sister-in-law, William (Wayne) Parks, Salem, Hoge and Margaret Parks, Washington, D.C.; two sisters, Lyda Parks Wagner, Bridgeport, Conn., Mollie Harris Peoples, Pembroke; a host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
