OBIT WOODY, EVIE DORIS

WOODY, Evie Doris, 87, of Rocky Mount, died Tuesday, August 24, 1993, in a local nursing home. Surviving are a member of nieces and nephews. Funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday from Lynch Chapel with Elder W. Lane Carter officiating. Interment will follow in the Wood Family Cemetery at the home. Friends may call at Lynch Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Thursday where the family will be from 7 until 8:30 p.m. and other times at the residence of Mrs. Rebecca Ellis.
