FOOD-SERVICE SYMPOSIUM AT TECH

A symposium titled "Foodservice Nutrition and Quality of Foods" is being presented at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center Sept. 12-14.

The workshop is for food-service managers and dietitians. Topics include new techniques to monitor food quality and safety, sanitation procedures and many other matters of interest in the food service industry.

Cost of the course is $175 and includes instruction materials, welcome reception, two lunches, one dinner, refreshment breaks and a framed certificate. Continuing education credits of 1.2 are awarded for completion.
