CRAIG, Wilma Ruth, 77, of Roanoke, died Wednesday, August 25, 1993, in a
local nursing home. She was originally from Elgood, W.Va., and had lived in
Lafayette for many years, where she was a member of Lafayette United Methodist
Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Slait R. Craig. Survivors
include two sons and daughter-in-law, James "Randy" and Vickie M. Craig of
Salem and Charles A. Craig of Princeton, WV, one daughter, Yvonne Rose Craig
of Ironto, six grandchildren, Kathy Wimmer of Princeton, WV, Hollie R. Craig
and Troy R. Craig of Salem, Tiffany and Nicole Carrigan of Salem and Angel
Nance of Moneta, three great-grandchildren, Dranda L. Wimmer of Princeton, WV,
and Tyler and Amber Nance of Moneta, one brother, L. K. "Bill" Johnston Jr. of
Peterstown, WV. Funeral service will be held Friday at 2:00 pm in the John M.
Oakey & Son Chapel by the Rev. Steve Greer. Burial will follow in Sherwood
Memorial Park. The family suggest contributions be made to the Alzheimer's
Association, 320 Hershberger Rd., N.W., Roanoke, Va.
