OBIT BUTLER, MACIE ANDERSON

BUTLER, Macie Anderson, 81, of Roanoke, died Tuesday, August 31, 1993. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Mable and Paul Hudgins, Roanoke, Judy and Eddie Mullins, Salem, Enola and Eddie Updike, Smith Mountain Lake, Mary and Don Fore, Stewartsville; two brothers, Enver Anderson, Oliver Anderson, Princeton, W.Va.; one sister, Bessie Pennington, Lindside, W.Va.; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. Funeral services 2 p.m., Thursday at Lotz Roanoke Chapel by the Rev. Charles R. Doyle and the Rev. Carter L. Sloan, with burial in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Lotz Roanoke Chapel.
