HANDY DUMP, a local waste hauling and recycling company, recently opened its new facility on 24th St. N.W. In addition to a widely expanded processing center, a recycling drop-off site is open to the public. Materials accepted include mixed paper, brown, green and clear glass, and newspaper.

\ RAYMOND L. NATILI III and WANDA L. SEARS, personal financial planners with the Roanoke division office of IDS Financial Services Inc., have been named to the 1993 IDS Silver Team.

Members rank in the top 12 percent of IDS' personal financial planners.

\ VICKIE L. KAPP, client services manager with the accounting firm of W. Hope Player, has graduated from the College for Financial Planning in Denver.
