Because of a copy editing error, the air date and station for Virginia Tech football coach Frank Beamer's weekly TV show was incorrect in TV listings in Thursday's sports section. Beamer's show airs Sundays at 11:30 a.m. on WSLS (Channel 10).

Because of a graphics department error, the price for a school lunch at Salem secondary schools was incorrect in a story in Thursday's Neighbors section. Secondary students will pay $1.20 for lunch this year. Elementary school students will pay $1.10.
