HOME LOAN SEMINAR SET FOR ELDERLY POOR

A Sept. 15 seminar sponsored by Total Action Against Poverty will explain how homeowners age 62 and older with annual incomes below $16,800 can borrow against their home equity for living expenses.

The loans are called home equity conversion mortgages.
