VALLEYWIDE NEWCOMERS TO MEET

Valleywide Newcomers will meet Sept. 16, 10 a.m., at Grove United Methodist Church, 1020 Tyler Ave., to welcome newcomers from Radford, Christiansburg, Pulaski and surrounding areas.

Representatives of community and civic groups will be on hand to introduce newcomers to activities in the area.

Valleywide Newcomers offers social activities and special-interest groups for members. Meetings are casual and refreshments are served.

Child care is available at the church during the meeting for $1 per child. Call Sandra at 639-3807 by Sept. 14 to register for this service.
