The bride was given in marriage by her father. The matron of honor was Sheri Weaver, friend of the bride, of Elliston. Maid of honor was Becki Townley, friend of the bride, of Columbus, In. Bridesmaids were Sharon Miller, sister of the bride, of Waldorf, Md.; Stephanie Folsom, sister of the bride, of Winona Lake, In.; AlisaCooper, sister-in-law of the bride of Roanoke; Sherry Greene of Roanoke, and Jennifer Clever of Carol Stream, Il., both friends of the bride. Elissa Crawford of Danville, In., niece of the groom, was junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Elizabeth Crawford of Danville, In. and Megan Crawford of Brownsburg, In., nieces of the groom.
Best man was David Crawford, brother of the groom, of Brownsburg, In. Groomsmen were Gary Crawford, brother of the groom, of Danville, In.; Dan Bush of Speedway, In. and Mark Matthes, of Goshen, In., friends of the groom, Stephen L. Cooper of Covington and Jim Cooper of Roanoke, brothers of the bride. Ringbearers were Stephen J. Cooper of Covington; Andrew Miller of Waldorf, Md., and Jason Folsom of Winona Lake, In., nephews of the bride. Music was provided by Belinda Harris, organist; Elaine Hale, pianist; and violinist, Angie Thompson. Vocalists were Angie Thompson, Sheri Weaver, Clifton Williams, Stephanie Folsom and Sharon Miller. The bride wore a formal white satin gown accented with schiffli and chantilly laces, designed with a wedding band collar, long tapered sleeves detailed with pearl dangles at the shoulder. The fitted bodice that was beaded and sequined, featured a heart shape cut out of schiffli lace and point d'esprit with a satin bow at back waist. The full skirt flowed into a semi-cathedral train embellished with cameo appliques. Her tiara headpiece was designed with pearls, silk flowers and alencon lace. It had a medium pouf with scattered pearls and a two layered pencil edged veil. She carried a cascading bouquet of bridal orchids and roses accented with California hot pink roses, stephanotis, pearls and ivy.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby J. Cooper of Vinton. She graduated from William Byrd High School and Grace College, Winona Lake, In. with a BS degree in Psychology. She will be employed by Dr. Mark Richards Family Practice.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack D. Crawford of Brownsburg, In. He graduated from Brownsburg High School and attended Indiana University. He is employed by Acordia Collegiate Benefits.
After a honeymoon trip to Seabrook Island, S.C., the couple will live in Indianapolis, In.
