FOWLER-RODRIGUEZ

Sally Rodriguez and Billy Fowler were married August 28, 1993, at Goodview Baptist Church. Pastor Joey Phillips performed the candlelight, double ring ceremony. The reception followed at the church. Sally is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Rodriguez, of Goodview, and Mrs. Betty Underwood, of Thaxton. Sally is employed by Dominion/First Union Operation Center. Billy is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William D. Fowler, of Goodview. Billy is employed by Hechingers. Both are graduates of Staunton River High School. Following a honeymoon, the newlyweds will live in Hardy, Va.
