OBIT PENDLETON, ERNEST W.

PENDLETON, Ernest W. (`Buck`), 86, of Roanoke, died Saturday, September 4, 1993. He was preceded in death by his wife, Goldie M. Pendleton. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas W. and Kendra Pendleton of Cape Canaveral, Fla.; a brother and sister-in-law, Roy L. and Claudine Pendleton of Spring Hill, Fla.; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Dallas C. and Agnes Shelton, both of Roanoke. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Roanoke Emergency Medical Services, 374 Day Avenue, SW, Roanoke, VA 24016. A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens by Dr. Bernard S. Via. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Oakey's Roanoke.
