OBIT BURGESS, IVY HARRIES

BURGESS, Ivy Harries, 72, died Saturday, August 28, 1993, in a Bristol, Tenn. hospital. She was a former resident of Narrows. She is survived by her former husband, William "Bill" Burgess; two sons, and other relatives in Canada. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 11, 1993, at 2 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church in Narrows, with Rev. Harry Goodwin officiating. Interment will follow in Birchlawn Abby, Pearisburg. Riffe's Funeral service in Narrows will be directing the services.
