OBIT BUSH, DEVONIA ROBERTSON

BUSH, Devonia Robertson, 71, of Route 2, Hardy, died Monday, September 6, 1993. She was a former employee of Clover Creamery Dairy and was preceded in death by her parents, William and Viola Robertson. Surviving are her husband of 49 years, George June Bush Jr.; her sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry W. and Janat Bush, Jimmy R. and Lucy Bush, all of Hardy; her daughters and sons-in-law, Jewell B. and Sherman W. Chisom, Bedford County, Frances B. and Billy Metcalf, Boones Mill; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; also a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Thursday, September 9, 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Sam Crews officiating. Interment will follow in Fair Glenn Cemetery, Franklin County. Friends may call at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
