ROANOKE MAN DIES IN N.C. CAR ACCIDENT

The North Carolina State Highway Patrol said Benjamin Scott Mullins, 19, was driving east on North Carolina 24 at 8:30 a.m. when he crossed the center line and struck another vehicle head-on. That vehicle was hit in the rear by a third one.
