OBIT MOSIER, JOHN W. II

MOSIER, John W. II, 41, of Bend, Oregon, died Sunday, September 5, 1993, at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Ore., after suffering a heart attack at home. Mr. Mosier was born in Chicago on November 3, 1951, to John W. and Elizabeth (Wright) Mosier. Following graduation from high school, he served in the Navy during the Vietnam war. He later attended and graduated from Roanoke College. While in Bend, he was senior process engineer for Advance Power Technology Inc. On October 21, 1976, he married Molly Prillaman in Salem. She survives at the family home in Bend. Other survivors include two daughters, Sarah Beth and Keely Ann Mosier, both of Bend; his mother, Elizabeth (Betty) Mosier; four brothers, James, Mark, David, and Michael, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at Salem Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Friday, September 10, with the Rev. Lew Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Memorial Park. Arrangements by Oakey's North Chapel.
