Flagship Airlines, Nashville, Tenn.-based carrier operating at Roanoke Regional Airport as American Eagle, said Friday its pilots represented by the Allied Pilots Association have ratified a four-year labor contract after nearly a year of negotiations. Terms of the pact were not released.

\ General Leasing Corp., which traded as General Imports Sales & Leasing and dealt in used imported automobiles, has been acquired by J. William Stephens of Roanoke. He has renamed it General Imports Sales and Service and will continue operating its sales center on Franklin Road and service department on Brambleton Avenue. Stephens, a car enthusiast who has been involved in regional sports issues for many years, formerly owned a repair garage.

\ Star City Bumper Inc. of Roanoke, which sold and repaired automobile bumpers at 711 Salem Ave. S.W., has filed for liquidation in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the western district of Virginia in Roanoke. The bankruptcy petition for Ronnie H. Blanchard of Blue Ridge, president, lists assets of $120,646 and liabilities of $408,248.
