The two will square off in twin 75-lap races as part of the Huff Petroleum/Chevron 250, with regular points awarded for both races.
Radford held the top spot until Saturday night, when Thomas' victory moved him into a tie for first place in the season standings. Meanwhile, Radford had to drop out of a race for the first time this season.
Thomas is seeking his second track title, but it would be Radford's first in 41 years of racing.
Drivers in the other four divisions will be competing for double points Sunday in the season finale at the track.
Only one title has been determined. Dublin's Charlie Smith locked up his second consecutive Modified Mini Stock championship Saturday.
Gates open at 10 a.m., with practice to start at noon. Qualifying is 2 p.m., with the first race at 3 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults and $1 for children 12 and younger.

Family activities will highlight the Dooley Printing 300 tonight at Franklin County Speedway in Callaway.
Children will be permitted to take a lap with their favorite drivers, and the racers also will sign autographs.
Gates open at noon, qualifying starts at 6 p.m., and the first race begins at 8 p.m. Admission is $5, with children under 10 admitted free.
