Teresa Dawn Stokes and LewisHamilton Bradbury, Jr. were married September 11, 1993 in Forest ParkBaptist Church, with the Rev. Frank Feather officiating. The reception was held at San Souci Clubhouse. The matron of honor was Beth Clingenpeel, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Melisa St.Clair, friend; and Crystal Bradbury, the groom's daughter; Flowergirl was Jessica Dickson. The best man was ToddBradbury, the groom's son. The ushers were Garland W. Stokes, Jr., the bride's brother; and Kevin Bradbury, the groom's son. The guestbook was attended by Amy Graham. The bride's gown was ivory satin with Schiffli lace, pearls and sequins. Queen Anne neckline, keyhole back,tapered sleeves and fitted bodice. Shecarried a cascading bouquet of Rhubrum lilies and roses. The bride is the daughter of Mary C. Stokes of Roanoke, and the late Garland W. Stokes, Sr. She is a graduate of William Fleming High School and attended Virginia Western Community College. She is employed by Galeski Optical as manager. The groom is the son ofElizabeth Walton and Lewis H. Bradbury, Sr., of Roanoke. He graduated fromVirginia Western Community Collegeafter serving six years in the Navy. He is employed by The Kroger Company. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke, after their Western Caribbean Cruise.
