GRAHAM-LAMBERT

Penny Lambert and Monty Allen Graham were married September 11, 1993, in New Life Temple Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Walter Wood officiating. The reception was held at the Elks Lodge, Roanoke. The matron of honor was Karen Swope, sister of bride. Bridesmaids were Debbie Giles, sister of bride, and Angel Henegar, best friend of bride. The flowergirl was Lacey Swope, niece of bride. The best man was Leonard P. Graham, father of groom. Ushers were Scott Graham, brother of groom, and Scott Lambert, brother of bride. Ringbearer was Jimmy Giles, nephew of bride. Tammy Goad, cousin of bride, attended the guestbook. The bride carried a cascading bouquet of white roses. She is the daughter of Nell Lambert and Orin Kenneth Lambert of Roanoke. She graduated from Cave Spring High School and is employed by Virginia First Savings Bank. The groom is the son of Leonard P. and Mary Graham of Roanoke. He is employed by Argabright Contractors. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke City after a wedding trip to the Smokey Mountains and Carolina Beach.
