DEMONS RUNNERS

Christiansburg's boys team won and the Blue Demons' girls finished second at the Radford University Invitational cross country meet.

The boys' team was led by Kevin Nolan's third-place and Jeremy Cosgriff's fifth-place finishes on the 3.1-mile course. The Blue Demons won with 53 points.

The girls, who finished second to E.C. Glass, were paced by Bethany Eigel's fourth-place finish.
