TO OUR READERS

Today we introduce a new comic strip, ``Non Sequitur'' by Wiley, replacing ``Steve Roper.'' The artist's credits include editorial cartooning at the San Francisco Examiner, the Press Democrat of Santa Rosa, Calif., and the Greensboro (N.C.) News & Record.

Wiley has free-lanced for such magazines as Playboy and The Saturday Evening Post and in the mid-'80s produced the comic strip ``Fenton.'' In 1991 he won the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award for political cartooning.

We are searching for replacement for ``Mother Goose and Grimm.''
