QUALITY SEMINAR SET OCT. 7

"An Introduction to ISO 9000," a seminar to help businesses and industries to provide superior products and services, will be held at the Radford Best Western Hotel, Tyler Avenue, Oct. 7, 8:30-11 a.m.

ISO 9000 is a formal method to record and evaluate quality assurance in industry. The seminar will provide a foundation of ISO concepts and elements.

Presenters will be Roy D'Ardenne and Joyce Ingram of D'Ardenne Associates, Ltd.

They will address the many challenges now facing businesses and industries in the competitive world market.

The seminar costs $30 per person. Registration deadline is Oct. 4.
