LIBRARY CAMPAIGN

Montgomery County citizens are invited to a campaign kickoff reception to present drawings for a new Blacksburg-area branch library, Sept. 20, 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Blacksburg Library, 400 Draper Road.

The project architect, Richard Fitts, will be on hand for questions and comments.
