MCALEXANDER, Lorean Anderson, 68, of Willis passed away Tuesday, September 14, 1993 in a Galax Hospital. She is survived by her husband Noah McAlexander, Willis; three stepsons, Cleat McAlexander, Woolwine, Dewey McAlexander, Stuart, Davis McAlexander, Fieldale; two stepdaughters, Ruby Cooper, Critz, Beatrice Martin, Patrick Springs; seven sisters, Elno Phelps, Galax, Ruby Cornette, Nags Head, N.C., Eula Anderson, Betty Ivey, Franklin, Jessie Kidwell, Harriman, Tenn., Eva Phipps and Mary Hackler, Independence; three brothers, Marion Anderson and Paul Anderson, Independence, Claude Anderson, Galax; nine stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel, Floyd. Burial will be in Topeco Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Maberry Funeral Home.
