LOCAL CARE-GIVERS TO ANSWER CLINTON

Hospital representatives from Southwest Virginia and southern West Virginia will respond Wednesday to President Clinton's health-care proposal after his speech on it that night.

Clinton's address is scheduled to be broadcast at 7 p.m. Representatives of the Virginia Hospital Association will give their response at 8 p.m. at Smyth County Community Hospital.

The gathering is being coordinated by the hospital and the Southwest Virginia Area Health Education Center.
