RECYCLING WORKSHOP OCT. 4 IN BLACKSBURG

The Blacksburg Parks and Recreation Department, along with the Office of Environmental Conservation of Montgomery County, will offer a "Household Recycling" workshop Oct. 4 from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Topics include "precycling," recycled products and composting. The workshop is free and open to all ages.
