DRAPER-DURRENCE

Susan Elaine Draper and Gene Merrill Durrence, Jr. are engaged and planning to be married in Christiansburg, November 27, 1993. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph C. Draper of Christiansburg. She graduated from Christiansburg High School and from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, with a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering. She is employed by Motorola in Schaumburg, Ill., as an Automation Engineer. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene M.Durrence of Decatur, Ga. He graduated from Lakeside High School, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech andMaster's degrees from Purdue University and Georgia Tech. He is employed by RR Donnelley in Lisle, Ill., as a CIM Engineer.
