HARDY-ALLEN

Betty Allen (BJ) and Jim Hardy were married September 2, 1993. The outdoor ceremony was held at the Mill Mountain Star with the Rev. Pierre' A. Renoir officiating. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Furrow, of Blacksburg, Va. She graduated from Giles County High School, attended New River Community College, and is presently a student at ATI Hollywood School of Hair Design. The groom is the son of Mrs. Virginia Mitchell, of Danville, Va., and is employed at the VA Medical Center. After a honeymoon trip to the Outer Banks of N.C., the couple will reside in Salem.
