HOLTZLANDER-ROBERTS

Linda Dawn Roberts and Charles Samuel Holtzlander, Jr., were married September 11, 1993, in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. Father Jim Parke was the officiating clergyman. The reception was held in the church hall. The maid of honor was Ms. Amy Roberts, sister. Bridesmaids were Ms. Brenda Harris, friend, Mrs. Debbie Lester, sister, and Ms. Cristy McMurray, friend. The best man was Charles Samuel Holtzlander, Sr., father of the groom. Ushers were Mr. Toby Brown, friend, Mr. William Holtzlander, brother of the groom, and Mr. Sean Plummer, friend. The candlelighters were mother of the bride, Mona G. Roberts, and mother of the groom, Brenda B. Holtzlander. The guestbook was attended by Judy Reynolds. The bride is a daughter of Mr. Bennie A. Roberts and Mrs. Mona G. Roberts, both of Shawsville, Va. She graduated from Shawsville High School and is attending National Business College. She is employed by Credit Bureau Services, Christiansburg, Va. The groom is a son of Charles Samuel and Brenda B. Holtzlander, of Salem, Va. He graduated from Salem High School and is employed by the U.S. Navy, Aegis Training Center, Dahlgren, Va. After the wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the newlyweds will live in Dahlgren, Va.
