MAN SENTENCED AS FAKE PLAYBOY PHOTOGRAPHER

A man who touched and photographed nude women was sentenced to 300 days after pleading no contest to charges of criminal impersonation by claiming he was a Playboy magazine photographer.

Roath, 44, crafted a deceit to lure the young women to a hotel room in late May, said Judge Gregory Motyka. Court documents show Roath circulated fliers at topless clubs and bars, used the Playboy magazine bunny logo and had a phony identification card.
