OBIT QUESENBERRY, JOSIA ALMA

QUESENBERRY, Josia Alma, (Ma), 95, of Star Route Radford, passed away Sunday, September 19, 1993 at Highland Manor Nursing Home, Dublin. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Hazel Quesenberry, Radford; two daughters and sons-in-law, June and Leslie Cox, St. Leonard, Md., Winnie and Cleddie Meredith, Hiwassee; four sisters, Maretha Marshall, Indian Valley, Cardova Phillips, Floyd, Nona Cox, Brookville, Ind.,Ethel Cox, Blacksburg; one brother, Norman Quesenberry, Willis; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; six stepgreat-grandchildren; and five stepgreat-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Sidney Rakes and Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at Maberry Funeral Home.
