OBIT JOHNSON, HORACE THOMPSON SR.
JOHNSON, Horace Thompson Sr., 41, of Natural Bridge Station, died Sunday,
September 19, 1993, at University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville. Born
in Lexington May 14, 1952, he was the son of the late Edward Thompson Johnson
and Claudia Rose Johnson Smith. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Rose Johnson of
Natural Bridge Station; a son, Horace Timothy Johnson Jr. of Natural Bridge
Station; a daughter, Heather Marie Johnson of Natural Bridge Station; two
sisters, Jennifer Rose Reese of Greenville and Kathy Ann Marcie of the
Philippines; one half sister, Theresa Lynn Mason of Lexington; two half
brothers, Robert William Smith of Buena Vista and Carlton Hess Johnson of
Natural Bridge Station. Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside
at Johnson Family Cemetery Tuesday, September 21, 1993, at 2 p.m. with the
Rev. Sonny Wilhelm officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8
p.m. Monday at Harrison Funeral Home, Lexington.
