The Associated Press reported Sept. 15 that a Washington copying shop had obtained a confidential draft of President Clinton's health care reform package from a lobbyist and was selling it. Peter Liakos, the shop's owner, was quoted in the story as saying he made copies as requested by the lobbyist and kept one himself to reproduce for sale. Liakos said Tuesday he had gotten the lobbyist's permission to make the extra copy for sale.
