U.S. 460 REPAIRS IN GLEN LYN

Because of repair work on the westbound U.S. 460 bridge at Glen Lyn, vehicles 9 feet and wider are prohibited from using the bridge, which is located one-tenth mile from the West Virginia line.

Work is under way to replace the bridge's link pin and hinge pin assemblies. During the project, one westbound lane will be closed to traffic. Repairs are expected to take 90 days.

There may be some traffic delays in the construction area, and motorists may wish to use alternate routes.
