CLEMENT, Charlotte V., 82, of Roanoke, died Monday, September 20, 1993. She is survived by one sister, Vera Lelia Clement of Salem; a number of brothers and sisters-in-law; a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 23, 1993, noon at the Lotz Salem Chapel with Rev. Charles Hoffler officiating. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park. Friends may call Lotz Salem Chapel after noon on Wednesday.
