OBIT ROBERTSON, BENNIE HUGHES
ROBERTSON, Bennie Hughes, 51, of Rocky Mount, died Monday evening September
20, 1993, in Roanoke Memorial Hospital. He was born December 19, 1941, the son
of the late Luther Lee Robertson and Bertha Dillon Robertson, Rocky Mount. He
was preceded in death by his son, Windell Robertson. Surviving in addition to
his mother, is his wife, Mildred M. Robertson, of the home; one daughter and
son-in-law, Pamela and Danny Sink, Rocky Mount; one son and fiancee', Darryl
Robertson and Faye Mason, both of Rocky Mount; one sister and brother-in-law,
Shirley and Curtis Campbell, Glade Hill; three brothers and sisters-in-law,
Elmer and Margaret Robertson, Ridgeway; Luther Jr. and Mary Robertson and
James and Patsy Robertson, all of Rocky Mount; also surviving are two
grandchildren, Shaun Robertson and Alex Sink. Funeral services will be
conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 22, 1993, at Lynch Chapel by the Rev.
Jackie Spence and Rev. Earl Harrelson with interment to follow in the Dillon
Family Cemetery.
