OBIT MONAHAN, CLEO MAY
MONAHAN, Cleo May, 84, of Rt. 3, Wytheville, the Cripple Creek Community,
died Sunday, September 19, 1993, at her residence. She is survived by three
daughters, Mrs. Ballard (Lorraine) Arnold of Wytheville, Mrs. Robert (Sylvia)
Shinault of Wytheville, Mrs. Allen (Mildred) Simpkins of Pulaski; one sister,
Fannie Ober of Florida; 16 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 3
great-great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held
Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Rosenbaum Pentecostal Holiness Church, with
interment to follow in the church cemetery. The remains will be placed in the
church one hour before service time. Gillman Funeral Chapel, Wytheville, is in
charge of the arrangements.
