WRONG INFORMATION
A wine list published last Wednesday contained some incorrect information.
Under white wines, the list should have indicated that the characteristic
tastes and smells of Riesling are apricot, peach and nuttiness, with suggested
food matches of appetizers and dips, fruit and mild cheeses and corn on the
cob. Characteristic tastes and smells of semillon are citrus fruits, and
suggested food matches are seafood with light sauces.
